Durant son match d’hier face à Robin Haase, Alexander Zverev a lourdement chuté entraînant une frayeur sur le court central et l’intervention du médecin. S’il a pu terminer son match et s’imposer, l’état de santé de l’Allemand inquiète aujourd’hui. Alors qu’il a été aperçu sur le balcon de sa chambre d’hôtel le genou et le mollet entièrement bandé, la paire qu’il forme en double avec son frère Mischa a déclaré forfait pour son match du jour. Un forfait de l’Allemand avant son match de demain n’est donc pas à exclure.
